Pension Verona Centru

Cleanliness , was close to the venue, the garden, the facilities.

The property was great. Only who had welcomed us it seemed that for him was uncomfortable and annoying that one of us didn’t speak Romanian, only English or Hungarian.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, parking.

The room is located in a big house, with a private bathroom and communal kitchen. We got a loft room. The room was clean and tidy. The house has very good heating. The communal kitchen is well-equipped (coffee machine, kettle, a variety of tea, etc.), and every floor has its own kitchen. The bathroom always had hot water. The parking has enough space for everybody. The house is located a little uphill from the city centre. Near the house is a big botanical garden. The city centre is a 15 to 20-minute walk from the house. The owner is friendly and willing to help. All in all, would stay again.

The WIFI speed was, at times, a little slow. The room walls would benefit from some sort of noise isolation.

The location was great. 10 minutes walk to centru, 10 minutes walk the other way to Lidl or the gate to the beautiful cemetery.

The receptionist Haidu was pretty cranky, though not horrible. The room was a bit dingy, with stains on the floor and some ants, though everything worked.
