Accesul facil in locatie, pozitionarea relativ aproape de zona centrala.
Locatia ar nevoie de o renovare completa, se vede cu ochiul liber ca a trecut ceva timp de cand au fost facute pozele de prezentare.Un minus ar fi si inexistenta parcarii la proprietare, ce-i drept ai solutia de a utiliza parcarea publica din zona unde costul nu e chiar mic ( ~ 50 lei/zi), evident daca ai norocul sa gasesti liber, zona nefiind foarte "aerisita".

Este ok pentru a petrece o noapte. Loc de parcare am avut noroc sa gasim in strada (probabil si din cauza faptului ca am fost de Paste).
Nu recomand cazare pe termen lung. Apartamentul este ingrijit minimalist (multe locuri din locatie necesita reparatii), fara a depune efort pentru o apreciere mai buna din partea turistilor. Am gasit furnici in locatie, balconul este folosit pentru depozitarea unor resturi de mobilier, prosoape lasate la uscat pe balcon, cuptorul cu microunde nefunctional (in sensul ca nu mi-a incalzit deloc mancarea), lipsa filtru cafea, lipsa hartie igienica suplimentara (cea care a fost pe sul era pe jumatate) s.a. mici detalii care n-au treaba cu turismul. Ce mai... face cat am platit.
