Spacious and comfortable

The natural ambience around the property is amazing. Relaxing walk, and the spa is exquisite . The rooms are very spacious which is amazing

WiFi not working at certain times, had to leave my bedroom on the 3rd floor to do 2 hours of work in the lobby as I needed WiFi connection

my stay was a short one but very enjoyable.

Tsaff were fantastic and very obliging and went out of there way to help.

I was on the 3rd floor and when I went to have my breakfast I had trouble finding the breakfast room. I think there should be directional signs informing people where it is.

Unfortunately, did not enjoy our experience.

The view was excellent, staff very friendly.

We went for dinner and I ordered the steak, there was a large knot of fat the size of the palm of my hand, could not eat it. The shower pressure was not good and temperature, was barley hot at the max point. Breakfast the following morning I asked for 2 fried eggs as not an option from the buffet, when they arrived they were nearly grey in colour as they had been there for a while, and it put me of my breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel

The staff in reception were absolutely lovely! The hotel is perfect both internally and externally! They left us a litte gift for the occasion in the room...Sorry I did not take the names of the 3 ladies in reception but wonderful people. Breakfast was beautiful selection and the room was superb

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at the Falls Hotel & Spa. The hotel was very beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the swimming pool area was lovely and well maintained. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. I would especially like to compliment our waiter, Andrew, who was extremely kind and attentive – he really put the finishing touch on our stay.

Lovely setting, very pleasant and friendly staff ( first class). Quaint (but see below). The glen walk is lovely. Fantastic spa and pool facilities. Ennistimon is a great wee town.

A bit old fashioned, rooms are quite basic. Our shower was very weak. There were many flies in one of the rooms (cleared quickly). On one morning there was significant blue-mould on the bread at breakfast.

Best Trip Ever. My son was married on the Cliffs of Morer and the stay was awesome

Breakfast was amazing, Room, although small, was very accommodating and very clean, Dinner was amazing. Staff, Servers and cleaners were awesome as well

Access to rooms was a bit confusing but learned to navigate well. Access to some areas via stairs was a bit hard on an old disabled guy but navigated it

Lovely old fashioned hotel

Beautiful location, near the sea and on the edge of the Burren

The hotel is quite old and also old fashioned. It was quite difficult to find our room! When we eventually found the swimming pool we couldn't find the way back to our room! So we didn't bother with the swim. Breakfast food was delicious and there was great variety. The coffee ,however was very disappointing. It seems to be a problem in a.lot of irish hotels. Nobody seems to be able to make good coffee!

WELCOME TO FAILS HOTEL AND SPAR

Comfy bed. Good location. That's about it.

This place was such a disappointment. As a local landlord said to us, "oh that old place, it's a coach hotel". It really was. Just something stuck in the 80s. Old, tired & smelly. The odour of fried food & stale cigarettes pervaded every part of this awful place. The putrid carpets gave the game away as soon as you entered. The place felt noisy & chaotic. Good luck finding your room among the multiple floors & corridors. The breakfast buffet was reasonable...if you enjoy humanity at its worst fighting over the last cheap sausage & a surly staff clearly wishing they were anywhere else but there. The bedroom was ok but the soap dispenser didn't work, nor did one bedside light. We had tea on the 1st night & they didn't replace the milk. Small things make the difference! No complimentary water. No fridge. It would have been a rip-off at half the price. How they call themselves 4* & can charge £250 per night is beyond me. Madness.

Good location of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

There is a strange unpleasant smell in the corridors. The room is very stuffy, even if you open the window. Another very disappointing thing was that from the window of the room you could only see the roof of the lower floors.

Beautiful location in a very friendly town. Staff welcoming. Beautiful food reasonably priced for dinner. Really enjoyed the entertainment in the bar later that evening.

Beautiful location. Seeing the waterfalls and watching Kayaks come down the waterfalls from the bar/restaurant. Very clean room and comfy beds. Very nice breakfast with a lot of selection.

It wasn’t long enough.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. On both nights of our stay we had dinner in the hotel - once in the Dylan Thomas Bar and once in the restaurant. The menus were varied and the food was excellent both times.

Overall very enjoyable and would stay again

Beautiful scenery, comfortable room , very clean . Most of the staff were brilliant , bar staff and staff serving meals were very polite and helpful

No tv working most of the time , no fan working in en-suite . Breakfast servers x 2 were rude and ignored us a few times . One of the girls was excellent. Food and alcohol a bit over priced.
