A spacious apartment, just right for a group of 10. Very easy check in through a personalize link with all needed information. Spa area available 3 times per week free, or by cost in the rest of the days.

+ Good Location + Cleanness + Terras with mountain view

- The room was damp without any air conditioning option(even fan) - No soap and shampoo is provided - Mattresses were too soft

- the apartment itself - kitchen, bathroom - the location - close to Der Dachstein and other places you usually visit there

- noise over the (open - in the summer) window during the day from cars and motorbikes - maybe some fence could reduce it? - bad pillows - they were fluffy, not stiff enough

Adequate accommodation for the price

Fairly close to the ski chairlift although I’d recommend driving as the ski bus is infrequent and it’s a long walk for most people. Reasonably priced accommodation for Filzmoos which can be expensive compared to other resorts in the area.

As advertised room was in a basement which is OK for a few days only.

Absolut perfekte Lage

Filzmoos Skigebiet gleich daneben, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Dampfbad, Infrarot- und finischer Sauna. Problemloser online Check-in. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Bei Problemen ist der Vermieter 24/7 erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Sehr dünne Wände. Unser Zimmer lag bei der Hauptstraße (sieht man aberbei der Buchung)

נקי, מסודר וקל לתפעול המנהל מאוד שירותי ועוזר.

דירה מפוארת ובכל זאת אין בה שום פינוק. שבת זה יום הנקיונות, אין סאונה. לא מתאים לסופש. לא מצאנו בערב את הבית (שלג וקרח וחושך), ואף אחד לא עונה לטלפון.

Nagyon jól felszerelt szállás! külön előny a tágas nappali és az arról nyíló terasz, nagy baráti társaságnak is kényelmes a sok különálló szoba miatt. nagyon praktikus?hogy minden szobához tartozik külön fürdő és wc. jól felszerelt konyha tiszta eszközök. Praktikus a beléptetés,minden információt időben és egyértelműen,pontosan megkaptunk.

Man ist doch überrascht, dass es eine Kellerwohnung ist.

Das Appartment war sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Im Eingangsbereich waren Prospekte und Landkarten zum mitnehmen ausgelegt. Das große Bild des Dachsteins im großen Schlafzimmer bring einen gleich beim betreten in Urlaubsstimmung.

Das Apparment ist eine Kellerwohnung, Man blickt durch die Fenster auf Betonwände. Beim betreten steht man gleich im eher kühl gestaltetem Wohnzimmer bzw. der Küche.
