The apartment is located in a building of a few units facing the lake, on the mezzanine floor.
It is composed of a bedroom with a window, double bed with orthopedic mattress and slatted net, wardrobe.
The living room consists of a sofa bed for two persons, antique fire, bookcase, dining room with table and 6 chairs, cupboard with various glasses, furniture and TV.
Fully-finished kitchen complete with furniture and wall units, plates and cutlery, pots, coffee pot, hob, extractor hood with light and ejection of flue gas, refrigerator, two hole hob and mixer, combined microwave oven.
Bathroom with window, washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower box with box.
There is a hairdryer available for the apartment, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Autonomous heating.
Just a short walk away we have a beach where to sunbathe and take a bath, 2 minutes walk we are on the Bogliaco harbor and the square where there are bars, restaurants.
Supermarket 5 minutes walk to the apartment, golf course 500 meters.
Near the beautiful promenade of Limone del Garda.
The apartment is located near the Villa Bettoni, which from 2019 opens its doors to the public.
It will be possible to visit the historic dwelling in a suggestive journey among the wonderful gardens and the exclusive rooms of the villa.

Lage hervoragend, ganz nah am See und an den Restaurants. Für Baden, Restaurantbesuche und kleinere Einkäufe kein Auto erforderlich. Sauberkeit im Wohnbereich gut, allerdings im Abstellraum sowie in den Ecken eher mangelhaft. Ausstattung der Küche gut, Wasserkocher wäre schön. Wohnung angenehm kühl. Vermieter nett, hat auf Anfragen immer schnell reagiert. Urlaubsort sehr zu empfehlen, da nicht überlaufen, sehr gut zum entspannen.

Das Appartement ist sauber, es sind alle Haushaltsartikel da, die man benötigt, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt genügend Stauraum für die persönlichen Dinge der Gäste, wie Schränke, Schubladen, etc. Das Appartement ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich und das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man hat es nicht weit zum Strand und es gibt gute Restaurants, sowie kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, etc. in der Nähe. Es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden.

Sono tornato in quello che definisco un angolo di paradiso e posso riconfermare che Bogliaco non ha deluso mie le aspettative.
La posizione dell' appartamento di fianco alla splendida piazzetta con le barche dei recenti eventi velici sia in acqua che fuori ancora in bella mostra è uno spettacolo unico sia di giorno che alla sera dove si possono ammirare stando seduti al tavolo del ristorante che domina tutta la piazza.
Di ristoranti nel piccolo paese c'è ne sono cinque e tutti hanno un fascino diverso e caratteristico.
Da non dimenticare la bellissima Villa Bettoni con la sua piccola spiaggia che offre un vista da cartolina specialmente a fine giornata.
Ho percorso in mountain bike le stradine che si inerpicano per i monti alle spalle del paese tra uliveti secolari e piccoli borghi antichi unici, sempre con la vista del lago sottostante che ti obbliga a frequenti fermate per ammirare un panorama che cambia ad ogni curva.
Da non perdere l' eremo di San Valentino una chiesetta costruita su una parete rocciosa raggiungibile solo a piedi passando nel letto di un torrente, da vedere e scoprire.
Insomma anche stavolta ho scoperto luoghi che mi hanno affascinato, e forse questo posto è da scoprire piano piano con piccoli soggiorni.
Padrone di casa sempre molto disponibile.
