I liked the experience. My kids enjoyed it all.

What really ruined our stay, though, was our experience with the Infinity staff. We were invited to attend a sales presentation, enjoy free breakfast, and simply listen with no commitment whatsoever. Based on that, we agreed to attend. Once we were there, however, we felt heavily pressured to become members. We were encouraged to put down $2,000–$3,000, and when we repeatedly said no, the staff’s attitude completely changed. They became irritated, unfriendly, and made us feel uncomfortable for not agreeing to the membership. The worst part was when the lady questioned why we had accepted the free breakfast and attended the presentation if we weren’t going to become members. I explained that we agreed because we were specifically told there was no commitment. We should not have been made to feel guilty or pressured simply because we declined. A sales presentation should not leave guests feeling uncomfortable, pressured, or punished for saying no. Unfortunately, this interaction completely ruined our experience at Sea-Dust. We came to relax and enjoy ourselves, not to be pressured into spending thousands of dollars. Oh and it’s very hot and humid inside the resort and in most of the restaurants. Our room was the only fresh place.

Great staff and entertainment! Awesome food by the pool daily and fantastic beach!

It’s walking distance to the beach. I can eat whenever I feel like eating. Most of the restaurants and pool staffs and entertainers were courteous and accommodating. We have water and soda available in the small fridge. Housekeeping kept our room tidy everyday. The view from the 8th floor was lovely.

I was charged extra money for my 15 year old daughter showing “child” on their system however I just followed the booking.com prompts and entered her age. I didn’t get the King size bed luxury suite that I booked as advertised. The room we had doesn’t look and feel like we’re in a luxury suite. The shower is cold. The view of the ocean from our bedroom is limited.
