Porch, location, hot tub, amenities, pet friendly, linens, stocked kitchen. Mostly very clean.
Showerhead was pretty bad, the toilet wasn't clean (bottom of seat) and there was animal poop on back porch rug.

Was much bigger than it appears. Porch was huge, just a little loud due to traffic.
Needs a hairdryer. No one wants to lug that on vacation.
