What a wonderful location and wonderful hosts. The house, a true historic treasure, was so well appointed - nothing was missing! It was in an excellent location, walkable to restaurants, the hot stream baths, pool, park, cute shops and coffee houses. We had two kids with us; 5 and 7, and they were able to keep up (and loved the cool places as well). It was just a great get away. Highly recommended. Also, short distance to the State Park where they have hiking and a very nice swimming lake.

The location was excellent and the house was tastefully furnished. Th kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the fire pit was great for s’mores!
The location is in town so cars may be heard from the bedrooms, but not much of a downside. White noise machines would work well to mask the noise if you are a light sleeper.
