Location was beautiful, pictures were exact. Enjoying that beautiful balcony was our fave!

All lamp bulbs in living room were out
Couldnt get bathroom doors to lock
Provided supplies; bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper was very little for party of 5

The location was perfect and by far the outside pools were the best in the area- so many to choose from. All the nearby shops and activities to do were also a great plus.
No hand soap in the bathroom, this was a first for me seeing that. For the most part it was a clean place but I think a little more attention to the kitchen floor and bathroom walls could’ve been done. I also think it could be a little more modernized with the colors chosen for bedding and the walls.

The location was perfect. Beautiful view. Room had lots of space that kept 5 people comfortable and we didn't feel like we were stepping on each other (except the kitchen but that's expected).
Room was dirty (ceiling fans had chunks of dust, bedroom dressers had items remaining from previous people, ext). Poorly stocked (we were given 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and 1 garbage bag for 6 people for 5 days and 4 nights).
