Loved this villa, walking distance to Nissi beach with a little path I found takes you directly there, also close to the strip of shops and restaurants, I like that the villa is slightly tucked away so you get peace and tranquillity if needed! Everything you need is at the villa, doesn’t have a dish washer though. Rep was very helpful giving top tips of places to visit, pool man comes twice a week to clean the pool very friendly, highly recommend this villa I would definitely go back, my family also loved it!

Clean tidy walking distance to Nissi Avenue pool very clean

We spent our holydays in this villa from July 24 to August 1, 2018.
Villa is located on the edge of Ayia Napa, in an area with other similar villas. The access from the main road is made through a paved street, but if you use a car this is not a problem.
The pool is very clean and the Jacuzzi is a pleasure. The garden was spacious and the barbecue area well equipped.
The kitchen is well equipped also. The villa has two bedrooms with normal beds (approximately 140 cm wide), at the first floor.There are two more extensible beds in the living room.
We had all the facilities exposed on booking.com, except a dishwasher.
Unfortunately, we encountered some problems in the first day, when we arrived at the property, where we found the sheets and pillowcases unchanged (these were dirty and with lots of hair on them). Also, the cleaning of the floor was not done properly. At our request the staff changed the sheets and pillowcases immediately.
As a recommendation for future guests: before your arriving, ask the staff for an appropriate cleaning of the villa (the floor, kitchen area, curtains, living bed covers).
