Great pool, so close to the beach, staff were lovely, most everything was provided for.
When we wanted to have a late check out, the price quoted for an extra night stay was 50% more than we had paid in the first place, I thought that was a bit cheeky. The ground outside the villa isn't paved, we were a group of girls heading out in heels so wasn't ideal. Once they get the paving done, that'll much improve.

We had an amazing time with the location of the villa as it was so close to the beach and easily accessible to the nearest shop. The villa itself was lovely, the pool was amazing, and the rooms and balconies were incredible. The host was lovely and helped accommodate for all our needs, which we were very much appreciative of. Overall we loved our stay so much and had an amazing time, which on the most part was down to the villas cleanliness, care and space provided.
The one con of the villa was the location as if you are trying to travel to central Ayia Napa that it is far, however in comparison to travel time with prices it was an amazing experience. It is not that much more expensive but in the day it is a much more enjoyable experience, as of the beach and the cooler air breeze and the bigger villa and pool. We also loved the playground as a added bonus.

The location was amazing. The kids loved the pool and we really felt like home. The rooms, the kitchen and every little detail was great. Finally the host was so welcoming and helpful.
