This luxury villa, completed in 2016, is located in a private estate quiet and secure, in the heart of a pine valley. With a contemporary design, the villa is furnished with taste and refinement. It has 4 bedrooms, each designed as a hotel room, with its own bathroom and terrace, and can accommodate up to 9 people.
The living room - dining room of 50 m2 enjoys more than 4m high ceiling, with apparent frame. A bay window 8 meters long opens fully on a covered terrace, giving an inside-out sensation ideal for lazing around. The pool, very large (4m50 x 14m), is in direct extension of the terraces. Entirely covered with mosaic, it has a large deck covered with exotic wood, just like all the terraces of the house.
A modern high quality accommodation, fully air conditioned, on a plot of 2000 m2, in a quiet green setting and without vis-à-vis, just minutes from the seafront, shops and restaurants, and unspoilt sandy beaches .

Très belle maison au calme et à côté des plages de Gigaro.
Mais très moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain/ douche. Le salon est grand et très lumineux.
Grande piscine et jardin avec barbecue.
La maison est très fonctionnelle et les propriétaires sont très réactifs et agréables.
Très bonnes vacances !

nous avons passé des vacances dans une maison des plus fonctionnelle. possibilité d'approcher la villa au plus près avec la voiture (utile pour déposer les bagages). la maison est bine étudier, les chambres sont climatisées et de bonnes grandeur, salle de bain également bien faite avec douche à l'Italienne. La cuisine est très bien équipée et de la vaisselle en suffisance. Bravo. les extérieurs sont magnifiques. la piscine (15 x 4 mètres) est parfaite. le quartier est sécurisé. il manque juste la vue sur la mer pour atteindre la perfection mais je dois dire que cela ne nous à pas manquer. Je recommande cette maison.

We just stayed at this marvellous and what seems to be brand new villa in the South of France and we Loved it! It is a 5minutes walk from the local beach or a 20minutes short drive from St. Tropez. So we went out for dinner in St Tropez or lounged around the English-style grass and barbequed at the house, it was simply fantastic. The perfect combination of peace and calm at home as well as proximity to the hustle and bustle of the lively town that’s St Trop!
The house is bright and full of all the comforts one may desire when on holidays. The Swimming pool is about 15mt so long enough for a swim first thing in the morning even in April!
I will go back.
