About this house rental
This spacious villa is spread over two elegant floors and can comfortably accommodate twelve people in six bedrooms (3 double, 2 with 2 single beds or 1 double and 1 with 2 bunk beds), each with its own bathroom.
Villa Allys is equipped with a high-quality, centrally controlled sound system and features a large swimming pool (10x5m), a luxurious hot tub, and an infrared sauna. These superb amenities make Villa Allys a fantastic choice for a group of friends on vacation or for a large family enjoying a getaway by the sea.
The main entrance is on the first level. A spacious entryway welcomes you as soon as you walk through the front door. You’ll find plenty of natural light and open space, as well as a large terrace with a stunning ocean view. On this level, there are also two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms—one featuring a bathtub and shower—and two bedrooms with shower rooms on the lower level, each with direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the garden and the pool.
A three-room apartment completes the house. Two beautiful bedrooms offer magnificent sea views thanks to the glass doors opening onto a terrace. Neutral tones and sumptuous textiles make this space a true haven of relaxation. It features a central living room and a kitchen—a wonderful, serene space for those seeking a little peace and quiet. From there, the terrace offers access to inspiring views.
The pool house is the timeless centerpiece of the villa. Entirely dedicated to relaxation, with a dining area featuring a plancha grill and bar, it’s a seamless space that flows onto a large terrace combining the pool, garden, and hot tub, enjoying magnificent views and plenty of natural light. Up to 14 people can be seated at the elegant dining table.
The soft interior lighting creates an intimate atmosphere at night, and the combination of wood, gray, and white creates a contemporary space that retains a sense of comfort. The living area is spacious and features two large sofas and other separate seating arrangements arranged around an open fireplace.
Swim laps in the 10-meter pool or watch the little ones splash around from the comfort of one of the 8 poolside lounge chairs. Finish your swim with some relaxation time in the hot tub, either before or after the sauna.
On-site butler service included (specific requests and preparation of breakfast and one meal per day to be determined).
Housekeeping service provided 3 times a week for 3 hours each session throughout your stay (included in the rental rate).
