The hosts were great, friendly and helpful and really looked after us. The food was excellent, kudos to the chef!
I would recommend providing a comfortable chair or couch in the room to enhance guest comfort. The only seating available was the bed and a high stool, which limited opportunities to relax comfortably.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Dinners were also delicious and plentiful.
My wife uses a Walker or Walking Stick, and she had some problems walking on the gravel sections. The paths were ok. So she mostly sat at the pool and read.

The host looked after us very well. The room was nice and cozy. Location is peaceful. The lodge is beautiful.
The food was a bit dry and the heaters could have been put out in the morning with breakfast as it was very chilly.
