Open kitchen (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The owner builds his own house on the same land.

The house was very clean, quiet and ideal for us as it has a closed garden which was perfect for the dog. The appliances were clean and looked fairly new. The position was good to walk into Mimizan and only ten minutes by car to the beach. Improvements would be a more comfortable sofa bed, a non slip base in the shower with a place for shampoo and a better quality shower curtain that doesn't stick to you while showering. A bath mat would also be useful. Overall however good value for money

Canalisation bouchée, avec WC qui remonte et chasse d'eau défectueuse. Cela nous a un peu gâché le début du séjour , même si la canalisation a été réparée !!
