Za przywitanie i dbanie o nasz komfort była Fabiola, która jest właścicielką. Przeuorocza osoba. Wszystko nam wytłumaczyła, pokazała jak funkcjonuje budynek, gdzie są autobusy, jak kursują, co poleca etc. Śniadanie serwowane jest w obecności pięknego krajobrazu górzysto morskiego w które wtapia się miasto. Klimatyzacja cicha w pełni działająca. Pokoje, łazienka taras - wszędzie czyściutko i zadbanie. Do dyspozycji czajnik kawa, serwis, lodówka, suszarka, ręczniki kąpielowe, ręczniki na plaże, parasol plażowy.
