A very disappointing stay with poor facilities and unresponsive communication.

Nothing.

We stayed at El Rincón de la tranquilidad – Escapando de todo from September 18–23 and were very disappointed. - The property is located halfway up a staircase of 140 steps, which is not mentioned in the listing. - No curtains in the bedroom, so no privacy and no darkness at night. - The electric stove didn’t work, and there was no kettle, making it impossible to prepare coffee or tea. - No shelf in the shower, everything had to be placed on the floor. - Bed sheets were stained and not clean. - No hangers in the wardrobe. -One of the AC remotes had no batteries. Even worse, we reported several of these issues through the Booking.com chat on the day of arrival and in the days after, but received no reply. Only the day before departure did we get a message about check-out (in Spanish). When I pointed out the lack of response, we suddenly received a reply a couple of hours later, asking again about the same complaints we had already reported. Overall, the accommodation did not meet expectations, and the lack of communication made the stay very frustrating. We would not recommend this property.

La vista panoramica dalle finestre, l'appartamento spazioso con più camere e due bagni, la tranquillità e la privacy, la vicinanza al centro

Scarsa pulizia. Un guasto elettrico ci ha costretti a cambiare con l'appartamento vicino che non aveva il condizionatore, anche se tutto sommato era meglio,. L'atrio del condominio era privo di un portone d'ingresso e c'erano correnti d'aria , e nella calle che conduceva alla struttura c'era immondizia.
