The owner Kak Leeza very friendly and guided me well in getting the key and location of the area.

Facilities are good, clean, and i like the cozy concept of the homestay. The owner is very kind and polite
Self check in needs improvement. Try to allocate at the same place more easily to check in.

The shower water pressure is remarkable. The kitchen is usable (used the electric cooker). The water dispenser's hot water is great. Internet was steady. The air conditioner is cold. Parking is really near (thank goodness, had to carry so many things.)
Curtains, windows, walls and carpets are very dusty, the toilet flush button is malfunctioning a little, the sofa gave everyone back pain (too hard), and the garbage bin is too small and does not have a lid, really sticky floors (maybe residue from floor cleaner liquid and not mopped away completely), entertainment on the tv is self-paid (no default channels), heavy rain and strong wind easily push rainwater through the old windows gaps.
