The house was clean and has all necessary. There are shops and restaurant right below the condo. The check-in were easy, there are parking available as well
The location is just next to Spice Arena but the problem is it is just next to the main road as well. There were 2 rooms facing the main road, which is very noisy during night time. During our stay at this place, there were even road work middle of the night, it was 2AM in the morning

a strategic place, a spacious, well-organized house👍
1-The refrigerator was not clean.
2-The water heater was damaged.
Everything else was fine, clean, and satisfactory👍

Hopefully next time I coming again the air-conditioning control can fix it,haha..can open but cannot control
