Das Zimmer was sehr sauber.
100 Meter vom Apartment gab es einen günstigen Supermarket.
Der Strand war ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Besitzer ein sehr sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch. Man wird erwartet von ihm, er hilft dir mit den Koffern, erklärt dir alles und verabschiedet dich.
Jeder der Wert auf Sauberkeit und einer guter umgebung sowie einen Guten Strand ist hier genau Richtig!

It was nice, very clean and the people there were very friendly. The hotel is not far from the beach, but from where the beach starts to the shore is a bit far. The beach nearby is very nice. The hotel is great for families or groups of friends who want to vacation on a budget.

The apartment was great located,clean and comfort.Cominication with owner was dificuilt because he didnt speak english,but he was very nice,he trying to give everything to make our stay better.Near Roan apartments is a store,and a very good reastourant pizza bar T3. I definitly recomend Velipoje and Roan apartments,i hope i will come back next year.
The only problem for Velipoje is that no one speak english,and you cant pay with card almost in every store and restourant.
And the wifi in the room was not good every time

Very friendly host. The apartment was clean. Everything is there what you need daily. The location was very quiet and close to the beach. The host and his family helped me a lot in a difficult situation when I had a little accident with my car. I felt very friendly welcomed there. There is a little supermarket nearby which was extremely practical.
