Apartment's Guraj Residence

The apartment was comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. We had to wait a few minutes for the host to arrive, even though we had agreed to meet in 30 minutes. The apartment is located in a beautiful, modern residential complex and offers a fantastic view of Ada Beach. It takes about 15–20 minutes to walk to the town centre and the main attractions. If being right in the centre isn’t your priority, this is the perfect place to stay. There’s also a grocery store within the complex, and Ada Beach—without a doubt the best beach in Velipojë—has both a restaurant and a beach bar. Free parking is available anywhere within the complex. The apartment also has a washing machine, which was very useful during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

One minor inconvenience was that the elevator doesn’t go up to the fourth floor, where the apartment is located, so we had to get off on the third floor and take the stairs each time. It’s a pity that such a modern residential complex hasn’t resolved this issue, especially since the elevator is also quite slow. Also... One small suggestion would be to replace the keychain, as the wire loop is quite fragile. I would also recommend introducing a self check-in/check-out option, as I believe it would make the experience even more convenient for future guests.

The location was perfect. Only 5-7 minutes walking to the beach.

The only issue was the occasional malfunction of the elevator. However, the receptionist made efforts to resolve the problem and managed to fix it.
