About this house rental
Rental of a terraced house for 4/6 people, located in a small village in the Périgord noir Tamniès 15 minutes from Sarlat, lascaux caves, Les Eyzies international museum of the prehistory of castles and all tourist sites. Two bedrooms, bathroom, separate wc, free wifi 50 m away. A kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge. Dining room separate from the kitchen with convertible sofa. Two terraces, one overlooking the garden with barbecue, deckchair. Heated shared swimming pool of 15 X 8 m, sauna, jacuzzi. Linen is provided, as well as baby equipment. Housing in peace.

Very convenient, a very good location for local highlights. Comfortable accomadation and the use of the pool was a very welcome bonus as was the air conditioning.

A very pretty and comfortable little stone cottage in the centre of the equally picturesque tiny hilltop village of Tamnies. Access to the pool at the lovely, small hotel right beside the house was such a fantastic feature too. Just through the back garden and a very short walk round the corner to the hotel grounds and beautiful pool in a garden setting. Drinks on the hotel terrace just opposite the house were a relaxing treat, great service from polite, efficient staff - very classy. Jacqueline is a relaxed and amenable hostess, the house is well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. In the very hot temperatures the air conditioning in the cottage was a real blessing. I would definitely return to Tamnies for it's quiet beauty and elegance. Thank you Jacqueline for a fantastic start to our holiday in Dordogne.

Perfect little stopover on our trip in the Dordogne. The gite had everything we needed and is in a perfect location in a lovely little village. Jacqueline was a lovely host, very friendly and a phone call away if we needed anything. Thank you
