Servise was very nice, the lady at the reception tried her best to help even if didn't understand language. She carried my luggage up to third floor, I haven't experienced it anywhere except 5*.
Good clean beds.
Clean bathroom.
No hot water in the bathroom.
Heaters not working, so it was cold in the room.
No table to eat at. Only very low living room table.

Great location and good price. The staff was very polite and always ready to help.
The cleanliness could be better. I understand the price is low for Prague, but still, I would have preferred the room to be cleaner.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms wefe equiped with kitchen. The neighborhood was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is away from the city but tram17 directly takes you to the city center in 36 min. Good location for a big family.
The discipline mentioned that room comes a garden view but there was no garden outside the room. It was just bushes and some clutter. The bathroom was okay, the bathtub did not have a proper partition so all the water was accumulating on tye bathroom floor which was a mess.

Late checkin possible.
Room and Facilities are not clean or well taken care.
My payment was mixed up and I was charged twice - on booking.com and at reception. However they were quick to apologize and refund after feedback.
