Excellent apartment in a nice urbanisation but for us it wasn’t beach side

The owner and Manager were friendly and helpful. communication was excellent.

Terrace faces east so no sun in the afternoon. A few small issues which Manager rectified.

Perfect stay for family vacation

Jose Luis made everything very easy for us. He contacted us well in advance and we were able agree on suitable time for getting the keys. Similarly with the check-out, everything was really smooth and accommodated our needs. We were travelling with a 3-year-old and the property suited our needs perfectly. Kitchen had all the necessities and two bedrooms ensured enough sleep for everyone. Living area and outside terrace are spacious for dining and socializing. Located nearby play ground, grocery store and some cafes and tapas bars. Beaches is Sabinillas are the best in the Costa del Sol and really nearby. There is also padel court within the development as well as table tennis. Unfortunately we weren't as lucky with the weather as we were with the apartment.
