De ontvangst van de gastvrouw en gastheer was zeer hartelijk. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en heel schoon. Ruime kamers met airco en goede bedden, prima badkamers met een lekkere douche. Het zwembad is even een klim, maar eenmaal daar is het heerlijk. Mooie bedjes om op te zonnen. Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin is geweldig! Prima uitvalsbasis voor Pisa, Lucca, Florence en het Chianti gebied rondom Greve. Pizzeria i Tigli is een echte aanrader. Heerlijke pizza's en een mooi uitzicht vanaf het teras.
We misten een airco in de keuken. In de tijd dat wij er waren, waren er veel insecten, zowel bij het huis als bij het zwembad. Eten en spelletjes spelen deden we dan binnen, maar dat was best warm zonder airco. Wifi is helaas niet optimaal in en om het huis en af en toe even geen warm water. Maar dat heeft ook wel weer zijn charme...

Heerlijke plek, prachtig uitzicht, rustige omgeving, mooi huis, goed zwembad. Aardige en zeer behulpzame eigenaren. De wifi werkte niet goed, maar werd snel en goed verholpen. Strategische ligging om Pisa, Florence en Lucca te bezoeken. Ook strand binnen half uur rijden.
Toegangsweg hier en daar wat smal waardoor elkaar passeren soms een uitdaging was.

De terrassen zijn fantastisch, mooie ligging ook. Wel wat problemen gehad met warm water. Alles is aanwezig. Reuze behulpzame eigenaars. Centrale ligging voor uitstapjes.
We wisten niet dat het zwembad n eindje van het huis af ligt, berg op. Met de kleuters was dat soms wat lastig.
