About this apartment rental
This apartment is located on the Quai de Bourbon right on the Seine River on the Ile Saint-Louis in a 17th-century building.
This apartment is on an upper floor with elevator access. It is 40 square meters (430 square feet) in size and very close to Notre Dame Cathedral.
The space :
Very quiet with a subway station 30 meters (100 feet) away (Pont Marie or Cité).
Fully furnished with one bedroom with a large bed of 160cm x 200cm (63" x 79"), a living room furnished with a large sofa bed of 140cm x 200cm (55" x 79").
The dining area is next to the kitchen, which is furnished with some new appliances like a washing machine, oven, kettle, coffee maker, stove, etc.
The bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet.
There is internet with both ADSL and wi-fi connections and a television with international channels.
There is a view of the Seine River, the Marais, and the rooftops of Paris.
The Ile Saint-Louis is an island in the Seine River with lots of famous restaurants and ice cream shops like Berthillon.
The nearest Metro station is Pont Marie, which is on line number 7 and is only one stop away from Chatelet Les Halles (a major Metro station).
Notre Dame Cathedral is just a 100 meter (330 foot) walk to the other end of the foot bridge that connects the Ile Saint-Louis to the Ile de la Cite.
Other things to note
CHECK-IN
We will meet inside the apartment at a time that is convenient to your flight/train/driving schedule.
Normal check-in time is after 1pm and normal check-out is before 10:30am.
NO CHECK-INS AFTER 10:30pm.
An extra fee will be charged for late check-ins between 8 and 10 :30pm.
An extra fee of 30€ will be charged for late check-outs between 10:30am and 3pm. After 3pm an additional night will be charged.
The guest must print the notice and information with the building code that we will send before arrival, and must also respect the check-in and check-out times.
If you arrive ahead of time, wait in front of the building on the sidewalk or in a café.
If you arrive late, you must notify us by text (SMS), phone, or e-mail, and we can reschedule the meeting. If you do not notify us, we will not wait for you at the apartment.

What a terrific place! The apartment was as advertised, just fine for sleeping and showering, on the small side, but that is to be expected for an apartment in that part of Paris. The location is what sells it. You are walking distance to so much and very close to a metro station that will get you anywhere. Had a terrific visit.

Super location- could hardly be better! Great communication with property manager. The windows are about 6 feet from the floor -- lots of good light but no view. As others said, you take a VERY SMALL elevator up to the 4th floor and then carry your luggage up one more very narrow staircase. This was no problem for us, but keep it in mind. Bed was comfortable and there's a futon to sit on but the two side chairs have broken springs or something in the seats so you can't really sit in them for long. Kitchenette and bath were just fine.

I was impressed that the pictures on line were exactly what my room was like!! I had a great view out of my windows( had to climb up to see!)- I had a coffee maker that I knew how to use; and there were glasses, dishes, utensils,pans,and a microwave and toaster. There was also a washing machine. My place was quaint, clean, and wonderful!! I would 100% recommend Alienor’s apartment to anyone desiring to be in the heart of the city!! Thank you- merci 💜
