the house is excellently equipped, we really appreciated the barbecue area with seating, pizza oven and outdoor shower with hot water. very quiet location. the owner gives a very nice impression and together with his wife they warmly welcomed us and were helpful in everything. I definitely recommend it.

Abbiamo affittato la casa per una settimana a metà luglio. La proprietà era proprio come descritta dalle foto dell'annuncio: uno spazio porticato esterno ampio per pranzare, un giardino curato, 3 camere da letto e zona giorno con angolo cucina ben attrezzata. Tutto pulito ed in ordine. Zona tranquilla ai margini di Chia, tutto molto rilassante a parte un'invasione di vespe che non ci ha permesso di usufruire degli spazi all'aperto e del grande bbq in muratura esterno. È stata l'occasione però per assaporare i piatti tipici nei ristoranti della zona. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

We had a great time in Chia, villa was perfect, nice garden, large terrras, very clean and well equipped kitchen, all close to the beaches of Chia. We spend 1 week for kitesurfing and had the perfect week!!! From Chia you can travel to the best spots in the south of the island. Marc
