Villa Nicanda is located in the village of Porto Columbu, just 100 meters from the sea and 1 Km from Pula. The apartment renovated in 2016 consists of: 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, large lounge with equipped kitchen, temperature controlled, garden and outdoor furniture. At 500 meters there is the port with bar, pizzeria, fishing tourism and diving. At 100 meters tennis, soccer, riding, church, golf 2 km. At 10 km the beautiful beaches of Chia and Tuerredda. among the most beautiful beaches in the world. Very large, fully furnished apartment, consisting of 2 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms with shower, large living room with fireplace and equipped kitchen. Garden complete with outdoor furniture. Indoor parking, outdoor shower, barbecue, free wifi. Available for the period only 5/8 up to 24/8 housekeeper once a week for an entire morning to clean for free. Free bikes and scooters available for a fee. The villa is 100 meters from the sea and 1 km from Pula, a very welcoming town in the south of Sardinia. At 500 meters we have the port of Perd 'e Sali with a bar restaurant pizzeria and the possibility of boat excursions. Village consisting of about 400 villas with the name of Porto Columbu.
Inside the village we have a riding stable, soccer field and tennis court, and 3 golf courses (Is Molas). Just 10 minutes by car we find the crystalline beaches of Chia and further south you will find it TUERREDDA

Ho trascorso una meravigliosa settimana a Villa Nicanda con la mia famiglia. Una sistemazione perfetta, con la spiaggia di Perd'e sali raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, e le bellissime spiagge di Chia a meno di mezz'ora di auto. La casa è molto confortevole, e i proprietari sono adorabili, sempre gentili e pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta e a dare consigli. Per non dire dei frutti del loro giardino, e del loro ottimo mirto, che ci hanno offerto con grande simpatia. Non potevamo trovare di meglio, la consigliamo assolutamente!
