1. Location - 10 min walking from closest beach, many restaurants nearby (really the best is Lovac), small shop on site, bakery few meters away, secure parking in the yard (what is very important).
2. Room - everything is clean, nice furniture as on photos, nice bathroom, own fridge in room, TV, WiFi worked well, as well as aircondition.
3. Services - cleaning every 2 days including changing towels, bedlinen changed after 5 days.
4. Staff - house is family runned, someone is always on site to help you or to give an advice. All of them are kind and willing.
Small balcony, not very suitable for sitting (then you can use shared terrace). Rush street - plenty of people, in addition some idiots were racing every night on sports bikes and cars.

Massive bedrooms , each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very clean.
everthing was perfect, you just need to make sure you take ur own hand soap and hygiene products.
