Ok but not worth the cost

The pool was lovely and the outlook was stunning.

The property itself felt very basic for the price charged. We arrived and only were supplied with one toilet roll, nothing in the kitchen except basic cooking equipment. Some salt, pepper, tea coffee etc to get us started would have been good. Nothing to clean with- no brush for the floor nothing to clean the bathroom with etc. We weren’t offered any type of housekeeping so the place felt very dirty after 5 days. No change of towels. Internet very unreliable and the TV had no steaming channels, only Italian TV. The bbq area was very old and obviously no one uses it- we tried to use it but gave up. I think for the money they charge some small changes would make a big difference.,

Amazing views of living in a vineyard in Tuscany close to Florence.

Amazing location accessible distances from Florence and Pisa. The staff was very supportive and helpful when our ac stopped working in the middle of the night they offered to move us immediately to a newer apartment. We moved the next day as the kids were tired.

Beautiful place!

The location is fantastic, the views are amazing! Everything was clean, the pool included. It has a lovely ambiance. All the facilities are super: great WiFi, insect screens in all the windows, A/C, good furniture at the pool. The staff is really nice and helpful. Not all of them speak English (most do), but they will always try to help you. And there’s always Google Translate. We had a very lovely time here and would love to come again!

Amazing location

Location is perfect, right in the heart of vineyards, dream pool. House is spacious and comfortably fits 5 people. Great free parking space. Staff was always available to help.

Housekeeping and laundry service needs a touch up. Kitchen appliances were not well cleaned, towels were delivered with stains.

Everything! Just go, you'll love it. We were so lucky to somehow be the only ones there. Our apartment was perfect, very clean, AC in the living area and the bedroom. Outside area to eat meals was perfect, the views! The pool was wonderful!!! Just what we needed in the heat after a week walking around cities. The staff were great, if you don't speak Italian then using Google translate may be good if you have anything tricky to ask. Oh, and try the wine they make. You'll be very happy you did. An absolute slice of tuscan paradise. We'll be back.

Nothing the place was perfect. A note for those visiting without a car (like us) I'd recommend the local taxi service, they are wonderful!

Exceptional

A to Z! The staff and owners are awesome. The location is a once in a life time for most of us and the peacefulness is tops in the world. We have traveled the world together, one of our new favorite spots! The city near by had an excellent small train station that you can get to pretty much anywhere easily! Food in the region was great and did i mention the views!

The water in the pool was a bit cold and appartment was not sound proof. If the people in near appartment make noise in the room ( move chairs, close doors, talk loud, etc) or oitside in the garden or terrace, you can hear everything from inside.

Wonderful place you must visit

A unic place to stay in Tuscany. Fantastic location with an amazing view of the wine and olive yards, super quiet, great pool and surroundings. The location is very central, only short driving distance to Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and other nice places you must see when you are in Tuscany. The are several supermarkeds nearby, both Coop and Eurospin. The owners and the ones wokring there are super friendly, flexible and helpful in all situations. As we arrived a little early, they allowed us to put our bags in front of our apartment and in the meantime we went to buy grosseries and when we came back the apartment was ready for us. The internet was working perfect. We cannot say anything negative about our stay, we had a wonderful vacation. This is the second time we visit Agriturismo ll Principino and we will for sure come back.

The only thing that was missing is a corkscrew, but we new that from our last stay, so we brought our own.

Een geweldige week gehad in Il Primcipino!!

Heerlijk zwembad Fantastisch uitzicht Ruim appartement (waren met 5 volwassenen, 2 kinderen) 3 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer Wasmachine Authentieke keuken Centraal in Toscane. Pisa goed aan te rijden, Florence hebben we met de trein gedaan. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug 🤩

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad! Als ik iets moet noemen.. een waterkoker en een goed koffiezetapparaat (ipv filterkoffie) dat zou fijn zijn. Maar in Italië is het ook geen straf om ergens lekkere koffie te gaan drinken 🙂
