The Olive Grove in Tuscany

Sparkling spacious apartment fully renovated building in perfect Tuscan setting. Gorgeous property with chic swimming pool and hot tub—and the views! Highlight: hosts Mapi and Andrea conceived, created, and served a private, authentic Tuscan multi-course dinner on the beautifully positioned loggia including delicious wine. This is an experience I’d recommend to anyone: better than any fine restaurant. Magical!

We stayed for two weeks and would have loved to stay longer!

Everything. Beautiful and quiet location in the Tuscan countryside. The photos do not do justice to how lovely it is in real life. The apartment was so thoughtfully decorated and full of character in keeping with its location. It's very well equipped with everything we need and more. The rooms are spacious and light with comfortable beds and gorgeous views of the countryside. The hot tub is great for being able to enjoy the views whilst relaxing. Although the weather wasn't warm enough for us to use the swimming pool. There are plenty of loungers and seats to be able to relax and enjoy the views of the garden. Everything is so well thought out and well tended too. Mapi and Andreas were the best hosts. They are so welcoming and friendly, with plenty of local knowledge and recommendations. Couldn't have asked for a better break. Wish we had a longer stay to enjoy more of the property and Tuscany. Would definitely be back again.

The host were available on arrival and ready to sort the keys aswell as a detailed tour of the property. Every detail had been thought of in every room. I can’t think of anything that was missing. They have gone above and beyond to ensure guests need nothing and are able to relax. Each room on decorated beautifully and extremely clean. There are children’s areas equipped with toys which was a wonderful touch. Local wine and produce was also left in the kitchen on arrival again a lovely personalised touch. The outdoor areas are beautiful and tranquil. Extremely well maintained and again each area - fire pit, bbq, pool has been designed carefully. You can tell the host are extremely passionate about giving guests the best possible authentic experience and love their home and the fact they can share it with others. Highly recommend for a stress free relaxing authentic Italian stay.

We loved this place! It's exactly what we wanted for a relaxing few days in the countryside. The scenery is amazing, it has gorgeous gardens and pool and everything is beautifully designed and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The owners are lovely, interesting to talk to and helpful. We were travelling by public transport and arrived by bus from Empoli. It's a beautiful 15 minute walk from the nearby bus stop, and then a relaxed 40 minute walk to a nearby village, and a similar distance to a nearby winery for wine tasting! We could happily have spent more than 3 nights here...

A couple of really trivial things: The hot tub was quite chemically (maybe because the cover has been on for a long time) so we mostly used the pool. The hot water in the house wasn't always the hottest but still good enough for showers. We could have done with a mirror in the second bedroom. Still over all an amazing place and I'd recommend it to anyone!
