Fantastic place and view
The place is beautiful, the garden and house well kept, tidy and with a fantastic view. In the house there is everything you can need from the kitchen utensils and some essential plus towels both for the bath and more to use at the pool that's clean and is a great size! Staff were nice, welcoming, very helpful and we also had a free tour at the tenuta Maria Teresa with a free tasting session of their local lovely productions, that you can also find in the house to try & buy if you want. Outside there is also a pizza oven and BBQ! And you can see fireflies at night! I loved it! On the little table there is a lot of information to make your stay easier and if you need anything, is enough to contact them: all the staff has been amazing. It was even better than I expected!
To be honest I loved the place! Our "problem" is just that we went there with a big van to accommodate all the six of us and some roads were a bit small and steep and so we decided not to use it much to reach the cities. They are not far at all by car but if you want to reach the closest village by foot is about 40min and you arrive at Sant Alessio where there are bars and supermarkets.If you go down by the other road instead you can reach Mutigiano and there are 2 restaurants at walkable distance on the road at the right of the church.Or, you can call the local taxis. Lucca is about 7km and Pisa 25km and we visited those. So there are options in case; the place is just fantastic and quiet no complaints at all.

Super gute Lage und Aussicht. Orginal toskanisches Landhaus. Pool einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Küche gut ausgestattet.
Betten könnten besser sein.
