The rental Le Pic de la Buse (see website on google) offers you a luxury F2 of 50 m2 + deck terrace of 22 m2, sea view, 2 min from the beach, in villa in Anses d'Arlet in Petite Anse, breathtaking panorama of the sea, the Morne Larcher, the Morne Jacqueline and the island of Ste-Lucie. Petite Anse is a world apart, where time seems to have stood still.
The accommodation is ventilated, bright and quiet.
The bedroom is spacious (14.5 m2), air-conditioned, quality bedding with 160 x 200 mattress on a teak bed and closet.
The local wooden kitchen (pear tree) is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, grill oven, fully built-in and silent dishwasher…
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV and a high speed WIFI connection. You can enjoy your meals both indoors and outdoors on the terrace.
The large bathroom has 2 sinks, a large mirror, a large walk-in shower, a washing machine.
The red wooden terrace of 21 m2 facing the sea will allow you to admire our corner of paradise, peace and beauty.

The beaches of Petite Anse and Anses d'Arlet are 2 min and that of Diamant 6 min.

The commune of Anses d'Arlet is located on the South Caribbean coast in an authentic and unspoiled environment. It has 5 main beaches whose swimming quality is recognized by Martinicans and tourists: Petite Anse au Sud then Les Anses d´Arlet in the center of the city, Grande Anse, Anse Dufour and finally Anse Noire.
There you will find many restaurants by the water.
In this fishing community, you can buy fresh fish at the fish market and fruit and vegetables at the indoor market. You will also find a bakery, a pharmacy, the post office, grocery stores ...
Diving in the seabed is renowned, ten diving clubs offer baptisms in magnificent spots a few hundred meters from the shore. But only with flippers and a snorkel, you can see turtles a few meters from the beach.

L’appartement est situé en hauteur, on a donc une superbe vue sur petite anse plus bas.
Propre, bien agencé, récent, salle de bain au top, bref l’appartement est très bien.
La terrasse avec sa vue est le véritable plus.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
