About this apartment rental
Beautiful new F2 apartment of 45 m² located on the heights of Petite Anse, common of Anses D'Arlet, 600 m from the beach of Petite Anse and 1 km from the beach of Anses-d'Arlet.

Well ventilated, bright and comfortable, it includes an independent entrance, a large living room and a beautiful fitted kitchen, sofa bed, table, chairs
and TV;
A large bedroom that includes a large comfortable bed and storage furniture, with adjoining bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and wc.
The apartment is air conditioned and has wi-fi connection.
Located on the ground floor, planted with fruit trees, you can relax
in the hammock and enjoy a beautiful 16m2 terrace with deckchairs and babecue.
The linen is provided.
A washing machine is at your disposal.
The rate is for 2 people, but you can easily stay there for 4 people; an additional 10 euros per day will be requested for each additional person.
Your pet will be accepted (at no extra charge) if it is well raised.
We are open all year round;
Possibility of rental for 3 months or 6 months from 1/06/2018
at the rate of 750 euros per month + EDF (for 1 or 2 people)
On the other hand, for the well-being of our tenants, we provide them with a Twingo or Nissan minivan vehicle from 25 euros per day;
The icing on the cake is that we will pick you up from the airport and bring you back the day of your departure.
