You can have a delicious breakfast in the sunny garden. The fig tree also offers a shady spot.

Mougins is located in a microclimate and is one of the few villages on the Cote d'Azur that has retained its authentic character.
Skiing is also possible in the period from November to March. At thirty minutes from Mougins you will find the winter sports resort 'Greolières Les Neiges' with its friendly pistes.
The house has a cozy living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom with two single beds.
A separate shower and toilet room. Also a garage. The house has a garden with an area of about 500 m2.

MON PIAFOU,
We remember as the day of yesterday how we first come face to face
were with 'Mon Piafou', a very modest house that at the end of the
19th century shelter of olive builders, who from this modest little house the
terraces around Mougins.
Situated on a hill about 300 meters high, the garden offered a breathtaking view
view over a cobalt blue sea.
Actually, it was love at first sight. After the daze of the purchase
followed a period of reflection and we wondered what the hell was we doing?
had the neck. And how would we tackle this, we would 'Mon Piafou'
transforming into a villa à la St. Tropez or the cottage to an ocher yellow
Tuscan palace.
Or would we ensure that all authentic details were preserved and
only here and there careful what were updated?
In the end we opted for the latter and gave the whole a primitive
touch, primitive in the most favorable sense of the word, because the interior with
are Provençal antique floors, with the beautiful motif of one
grape tendril and the rattan chairs placed on it, breathe a fair
simple atmosphere, which is a sincere tribute to the pleasures that the Côte 'd
Azur still has to offer and where unpretentious beauty, a thriving
almond branch in a glass decanter and light green painted shutters winning
hollow gaudiness
