About this apartment rental
This cozy apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian area, the center of Cortina and 50 m from the ski bus / bus stop. The apartment is on the ground floor, finely furnished in the Ampezzo style, consisting of a bright living-dining room (with sofa bed), equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, all pots and dishes necessary for the table, a service with sink, bidet, toilet, tub / shower, 2 bedrooms - one double (possibly you can add a cot) and one with two beds, a closet (with an emergency bed) . The living room overlooks a garden with a small bench and fountain overlooking the Tofane. The apartment is equipped with a color TV with digital terrestrial, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hand blender and vacuum cleaner.

This was the perfect stay to finish our 3 week trip in the Dolomites. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was the perfect location to town and to all the hikes and places we wanted to visit. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was so kind and helpful and would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit Cortina and the surrounding area. Everything was perfect!!!!

Comfortable traditional style apartment. Short walk to town and shops. Ground floor. Has washing machine. Washing is easily dried on under cover clothes rack. Lovely dining area Enrica was a kind host and showed us close by walks.

Nice clean and spacious apartment with parking right outside.
Unfortunately there is no coffee machine, toaster, and oddly no kettle. We were advised to boil water in a saucepan. Heating was an issue. First day a wood heater was on for us. After this died, there was nothing. We requested the gas heating be put on, which it was. However this only appeared to last for 12 hours. No more heating! Thankfully it wasn’t too cold. The shower was good, as was the washing machine
