This cozy apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian area, the center of Cortina and 50 m from the ski bus / bus stop. The apartment is on the ground floor, finely furnished in the Ampezzo style, consisting of a bright living-dining room (with sofa bed), equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, all pots and dishes necessary for the table, a service with sink, bidet, toilet, tub / shower, 2 bedrooms - one double (possibly you can add a cot) and one with two beds, a closet (with an emergency bed) . The living room overlooks a garden with a small bench and fountain overlooking the Tofane. This was the perfect stay to finish our 3 week trip in the Dolomites. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was the perfect location to town and to all the hikes and places we wanted to visit. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was so kind and helpful and would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit Cortina and the surrounding area. Everything was perfect!!!!

Comfortable traditional style apartment. Short walk to town and shops. Ground floor. Has washing machine. Washing is easily dried on under cover clothes rack. Lovely dining area Enrica was a kind host and showed us close by walks.

This property was vey convenient to the center of Cortina. Enrica was very kind to share places to hike and tour. We enjoyed hiking Cinque di Torri and riding bike to Lago di Landro

Nice clean and spacious apartment with parking right outside. Unfortunately there is no coffee machine, toaster, and oddly no kettle. We were advised to boil water in a saucepan. Heating was an issue. First day a wood heater was on for us. After this died, there was nothing. We requested the gas heating be put on, which it was. However this only appeared to last for 12 hours. No more heating! Thankfully it wasn’t too cold. The shower was good, as was the washing machine

We arrived evening before our day excursion to Dolomites. Enrica greeted us and explained everything about apartment in detail! Great communication in timely manner. Would recommend to anyone staying on the area. Minutes from downtown area. Very walkable, but we drove a few minutes and parking was ok in the town.

The property is described accurately. The apartment has everything needed for an extended stay at Cortina. The property manager is very pleasant and is responsive in all communications. The location is very convenient for walks into Cortina. The apartment has beautiful mountain views in all directions. There are grocery stores within easy walking distance. This clean and tidy apartment was fantastic value for ski season in Cortina. Easy drive to many gondolas and downtown Cortina. Also possible to walk downtown. Hotel Columbia across the street has a decent mini spa with massages too! The apartment is well equipped for European standards but North Americans need to know there is no shampoo, shower soap, kettle, coffee machine etc. Would recommend for sure. Thank you to Enrica and Laura for providing such a lovely stay in Cortina!!

What an amazing location. The apartment was perfect for our group. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting outside for the sunset! Getting around to different attractions was fairly close and easy to navigate. We would highly recommend this authentic place to others looking for the feel of the Italian Alps!

Comfortable and clean property, with lots of space for the four of us. Kitchen had plentiful crockery and pots, pans etc for self catering. Washing machine very useful. In a good location to walk into central Cortina and to drive out to the various trailheads for day hikes. Very welcoming host. Being British I missed not having an electric kettle for my morning cup of tea, but I managed! We had a great week. Thank you Enrica.

All good overall. I would recommend that the second (adult) room get a proper bed or fold out and a kettle would make things easier. That said, the host was great and the place and location were excellent and her communication was excellent. Highly recommended!!

We had very pleasant 4 nights in Enrica's beautiful unit. She was so nice to let us check in quite later than we planned. The decoration is local and we like it. Lovely home with all the charm and comfort. Everything works and functional, easily walk to town in 10-15 min (I would not do at night as there is no sidewalk). Enrica was very helpful with store suggestions and even came back to show us how to work the warming unit. Very spacious, my family of 4 enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you Enrica.

Very cute and close to the centre

The apartment was well presented with a fully stocked kitchen and wifi. We stayed for 2 weeks and were very comfortable. .It was conveniently located to the start line for the Laverado Ultra Trail and the centre of Cortina and a great base for all our explorations. Enrica made it so easy for us to get the keys on the first day and was here to farewell us. Highly recommended!!
