SPECTACULAR 3 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CASA CORAZON COMPLEX STEPS FROM Gay friendly LOS MUERTOS BEACH, MANTAMAR AND BLUE CHAIRS. Situated in the Zona Romantica famous for its spectacular restaurants, bars, nightlife, galleries, jewelry and many other stores. Just turn left out of reception and walk straight down or take the elevator down to Los Muertos Beach.
This bright ultra-modern apartment is colorful and beautifully decorated throughout with paintings, sculptures, and original photos from Anthony, the owner, an established professional NY photographer. Unfortunately, we have had a number of complaints from the Building Management, Guests, and Owners, about large groups making excessive and loud noise. Therefore, we are obliged to deny such bookings at Casa Bianca. Thank you for your understanding

o The first with "U" shaped white leather couches
o The second, the Ocean Room, has "U" shaped, modern couches overlooking the water.
o DINING TABLE for 10 with comfortable L shaped white leather couches face terrace and ocean.
o All new modern furniture
o Fully equipped with WiFi, cable , and 2 TVs with over 200 channels in both living rooms
o Amenities include reception area. maid service twice weekly, large infinity pool at beach level overlooking beach, and elevator down to Gay friendly Los Muertos Beach.
CONSTRUCTION IN PV. In the downtown area there are some 15 new condos under construction. There is also occasional construction near this condo. It is hard to predict. It has generally not been a problem for previous guests. However, it is almost impossible to escape the building boom & noise factor no matter where you stay in PV.
ROOF TOP MUSIC BARS--LOS MUERTOS BEACH AREA is mostly condos with a few hotels and much quieter than the downtown area. Please be aware that there are two Roof Top Beach Clubs nearby. They often do play music at night a few nights each week and/or on weekends. It has not bothered previous guests. Therefore, if you are looking for absolute quiet, please be aware of the club music. The rest of Puerto Vallarta comes here nightly to partake so beware of crowded streets more reminiscent of urban environments. Please Note This Is Right Next to Hotel Almar. Its A Fabulous View & location. However, there Is Music From Almar. If You Prefer A Very Peaceful Condo You Might Want To Look Towards The Hotel Zone. Los Muetos Is The Heart of A Lot of Activity and Construction.

These condos have been decorated with all custom designed furniture. As you can understand, we wish to insure that the property will be respected. Therefore, we ask that renters follow these guidelines:

2. Also, no children under the age of 16, as there are also safety concerns because the condos are on such high floors.

Beautiful penthouse condo with a lot of space, a beautiful 11th floor terrace looking out to Playa Los Muertos, and exclusive access to the 12th floor terrace with two covered spaces and a small plunge pool to cool off and watch the Puerto Vallarta sunsets. Perfectly located within steps of the beach, restaurants, bars, and clubs. The condo is well appointed, with three bedrooms — each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is also well appointed.

We love the Amapas area of Puerto Vallarta and this place was amazing! This was a holiday trip for our adult children and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The views were spectacular And just a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Beatrix was super helpful they even had a doctor come out to do our COVID tests when it was time to fly home.

View from balcony was a trash strewn lot. If you could overlook that the bay was beautiful. View from one of the bedrooms was also of a trash dump. It was a few blocks hike up a steep cobblestone street to the condo entrance. If you rent a car, parking is a nightmare near the building. Cabs are readily available. Condo was clean, staff was good,
Kitchen lacked basic supplies, namely drinking and wine glasses, which we went out and bought. Hopefully will be available for next tenants.
Lacking basic information on how to use TV, washer, dryer, etc. If you don’t speak Spanish you are at a loss. No information on what to see or do or where to eat. You are on your own. Would not rent this building again.
