We are proud to introduce gorgeous Casa Cozy luxury 3-bedroom Penthouse overlooking all of Banderas Bay and beyond, located right on the beach in the center of Puerto Vallarta's most famous gay beach 'Playa los Muertos' in the midst of all the fun, with incomparable views and sunsets.
This is a top location with walking distance to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
Right next-door are the well-known and very popular beachfront bars and restaurants Blue Chairs and Green chairs. Very near to the north is fantastic restaurants La Palapa and El Dorado and many more. Its magnificent location on the Banderas Bay on the Mexican Riviera makes it a true jewel and a dream destination!
Casa Cozy, a 3,000 square foot, spacious 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths beautifully furnished Penthouse sits atop the One Beach Street building on Puerto Vallarta’s Southside.
Marvel at the fantastic ocean views overlooking all of Banderas Bay as far as the eye can see, with the Marieta Islands in the center and make yourself feel at home in this breathtaking Puerto Vallarta Penthouse.
The clever open floor plan with skylights makes this Penthouse very open and airy and connects the gorgeous living room and the spacious kitchen with the elegant dining room, opening out towards the wonderful large terrace for unforgettable sunset dinners.
This Penthouse is air-conditioned throughout, has private wifi, cable, marble flooring and soft area rugs and is fully custom furnished with lots of closet space.
A lot of time will most likely be spent enjoying the vast Terrace with its breathtaking views, whether enjoying an early breakfast or a late night cocktail. The terrace has comfortable chairs for reading or relaxing aside the table with chairs and an umbrella for shade if desired, or have a dip in the bubble bath nestled on the Terrace for soothing de-stressing soaks to unwind from the day’s activities or for romantic moments.
The building has a vast common area with a pool and there is also a gym.
24 hour security with a beach entrance for all guests, easily accessible with taxi.
Your experience and happiness are our top priority and during this unusual time with Covid-19, that also means your health and keeping safe too. While we have always had high standards for cleaning, we have introduced some new measures within our rentals in accordance with guidelines set out by health authorities and Vrbo to help ensure everyone can stay safe: This includes providing hand sanitisers and antibacterial soaps around our rentals and providing our cleaning staff with extra PPE and cleaning products. Moreover, the cleaning staff have been trained to pay extra care to thoroughly disinfect door handles, light switches, utensils, faucets and television remotes and as always, we thoroughly wash all linen between guests.
In addition to the measures we have implemented the condominium building itself has also increased cleaning particularly on high-touch surfaces. We ask that you please keep up to date with the local laws and requirements before entering Puerto Vallarta and continue to abide by good health and safety practises as set out by the CDC and WHO so you can make the most of your time here in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

This is our 2nd stay at this perfect condo. It is as close to Ocean Front as you can get in PVR, and the shortest walk to the beach possible. Easy walk to old town. Best location for the area. ZERO steps to the building or to the Elevator from either the front (town) or back (beach). Rare for the area. The unit itself is VERY spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed, with a fantastic unblocked direct view of the bay. The overall building is well maintained. Hosts are local and meet you in person They are attentive, and gracious - offering lots of special touches by managing it themselves. Past stays at other places that used property mgt companies were not so great. This is our goto unit when we go to PVR as a group. You won't be dissapointed!

First and foremost, Ted and Brischa were awesome!!! Homemade guacamole and fresh fruit upon arrival, attentive to every question throughout our trip, and just quite frankly they are really good people. They thought of everything. The penthouse is just stupid awesome also. Gorgeous, huge, wide open to the sea, I could go on and on. The location is as good as it gets, literally. I’m not going to stay anywhere else in PV.

The host(s) were a delight to work with. The unit was beautiful..perfect in fact!It is an easy walk to all that Zona Romantica and PV has to offer. The parking was a plus.Just enjoy the location, view, and comfort.
