"Welcome to Sea Watch, a charming two-story duplex perfect for your family and friends, now enhanced with a brand new pool installed in the Summer of 2022. Recent updates by the owner include fresh new flooring throughout the unit, creating a revitalized feel to this inviting space. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom and access to your private balcony through double doors. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed with its own en suite. The third bedroom is ideal for kids, featuring two bunk beds. Each bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs.
In the living room, you'll find another flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The open floor plan connects the living room to the fully stocked kitchen, allowing you to cook and engage with family and friends simultaneously.
Just across the street, you'll find the beach, offering the ultimate relaxation spot while ensuring the kids have a fantastic time.
For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information: Vehicle Registration Tags are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through direct contact with our office. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 cars. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Guests must be at least 25 years old or older to rent. Dogs are welcome, with a $225 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a limit of 2 dogs. Smoking is prohibited.

We did have to stop at a separate building to get keys which was inconvenient with all the traffic. Poole Ass were very friendly. Our neighbors had dogs and would bark loudly while they were gone. I think we could have been more prepared if we would have known. We were told beach access was right across the street. It is not, you have to walk down to o public access or there is an empty lot about 5-6 houses down we could walk thru. The pool was amazing. So nice to have right out the back gate. The house itself needs to be updated other than the floors. But did have plenty of space for all of us and located only 2 miles from the Hangout. For our first trip to Gulf Shores it was a nice place to stay.

Place wasn’t cleaned but, I paid a cleaning fee. They need a key box or code, I shouldn’t need to go to them to get and bring back the key, the refrigerator doesn’t work even though I called to be dismissed, this isn’t an entire condo it’s a half so you share parking and pool and also the beach access is a walk you can’t just go across the street. They need to update the description! Never again to this property or anything ran by Poole
