Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bardzo proste. Czysta pościel. Czysto. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Winda. Blisko Lidl.w kuchni wszystko co trzeba do zrobienia posiłków.
Minusem jest bardzo hałaśliwa ulica. Ale dało się spać przy zamkniętym oknie. Sąsiedzi nie hałasowali.

Pełne wyposażenie apartamentu - ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, papier toaletowy, w kuchni ściereczki i płyn do naczyń, komplet garnków, sztućców i naczyń, toster, mikrofala. W piwnicy jest narciarnia. Blisko do centrum miasta.
Słabe oświetlenie, przydałoby się kilka lampek nocnych. Apartament lekko zagracony, są rzeczy niepotrzebnie zabierające miejsce, np sztuczny fikus, bezsensowny stoliczek kawowy itp.
