New 2BR Apartment in Liptovsky Mikulas Very Center

This was our 2nd stay in this property. We loved this spacious and modern apartment, well placed in the heart of Liptov region.

Overall we had a great stay in Liptovsky Mikulas. CheckIn was easy via key box, the apartment is on second floor and has everything needed: Equiped kitchen, one master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, a great bathroom with a separate toilet. Although we never met Ivan in person, he offered to help us with everything needed. Some activities we did during our stay were: Hiking in 15 min by car located Demänovská Dolina, visiting the Slovak Museum of Nature Protection and Speleology Just 15 min walking distance or eating ice cream in the ice saloon Zmrzlina Istria.

Modern and practical apartment with everything you need for stress free stay. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Spotless bathroom, comfortable beds. On the rainy day we enjoyed generous lounge area with big TV. We loved it's central location, apartment was near the shops and the restaurants however tucked away in a small quiet block. If you're using public transport walking distance to the train and bus station was a bonus. Communication with owner was fantastic. Thank you again and again. 🙏

Exceptional location! 1 block from the town center where there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants as well as things to see. Center of a great tourist area (which is why we came), with more day trips than you could ever hope for. Exceptional vacation rental! It is as advertised, very nicely remodeled, clean with everything you might need. The floor plan is great and the furnishings modern and comfortable. Exceptional Communication! Ivan is terrific to work with, responding very quickly to any question. We highly, highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone for short or long-term, for relaxing in town or expecially exploring the wonderful Liptov region or Slovakia in general. There are so many things to see close including castles, churches and scenery. We ran out of time to see everything on our list. We had a car which expanded our ability to move around. But the bus station is walking distance. Parking for the unit is easy and free. We just can't say enough good things about Ivan, his rental and Slovakia! Best choice for our vacation!
