The apartment was spotless and the location even more beautiful than in the photos. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about! The only thing to note is that the location is a bit farther from big cities and the main tourist spots, but there’s still plenty to do nearby.

A great place to enjoy being in nature, take in the sunshine and the views and recharge batteries.

The location was quiet and peaceful and the views were simply superb. The pool was clean and good size, set in a nice grassy area. It being right by the owner’s property gave it a lovely family feel, as if we were staying with relatives, so help was on hand if needed but we were left to enjoy the pool in peace. The apartment itself was set back, about 3 mins walk from the pool and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and a nice terrace to enjoy the views from. Other reviews also mention how helpful the owners are. The entire family running the agriturismo are very helpful with tips and advice about the area. They go out of their way to make the stay comfortable and also put on extra events for guests and the local community, which gives a little glimpse into life in such a remote but beautiful part of Italy.

It is a small point, but could be jmportant for some guests. WiFi was almost nonexistent in the apartment, so the stay is a bit of a digital detox. (Although there is Netflix and prime on the TV...) For email, the WiFi by the main house near the pool is a bit better as it was on the same network. Otherwise use WiFi when visiting towns on days out to download podcasts, etc. Not an issue if you are staying for a couple of days, but we had to figure it out as we were staying for two weeks.

Exceptional

The place is perfect for a couple or a family. It's quiet, beautiful and well equipped. The swimming pool is not next to the apartment (it's 100m away), which guarantees some tranquility. The view is simply breathtaking.

The agriturismo is near perfection. The only downside is that, due to its location, you will have to drive quite a bit if you wish to visit the places around, which are worth it (Carrara, Porto Venere, 5 Terre, ...). However, that would not stop me to go there again!

Superb

A wonderful place to relax. Carlos was an excellent host in all respects. The view of mountains and countryside from our large terrace was superb. The pool was large and heated to a perfect swimming temperature. The ability to self cater was a bonus although local restaurants were available.

THE most wonderful, welcoming and perfect spot to escape the city

The apartment was tastefully furnished and finished to an excellent standard; it was spotlessly clean (which is not always the case when you’re in the countryside!) and had everything we needed. The views around the property are breathtaking and waking up to the sounds of the buzzing honey bees and the birds was dreamy! Carlo and Silvia treated us like friends; they were so welcoming, made us cake and coffee and pizza and treated us to walnuts and apples from their garden. It was the perfect getaway and I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Highly remarkable

If I could draw a perfect place this would be it. Wonderful house, nice cozy beds, breathtaking view from the terrace, sourroundingns as peaceful as it gets. Plus: a heartwarming owner who even left wine and lasagne at our house as we arrived late at night. Dear Carlo and family, thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place in nature to enjoy life and being truly friendly and carings hosts and humans.

Relaxing holidays with awesome hosts

Tripala is beautiful and very quiet, perfect for days of relaxation. The host family is super nice and will support with the planning of day trips. You also have a chance of getting to know the fantastic Italian cuisine, for example the famous pizza night!

Carlo was the most gracious host. He made an incredible Italian feast made with ingredients from his farm. And a delicious tomato pasta another night. We would love to go back, the property was so beautiful and Carlo has the cutest, friendliest little dogs and cats 😻

The location is just amazing. We were at a lookout somewhere else and we said to each other: the scenery from ‘our’ balcony is much better! And now I’m not mentioning the great family or the perfect pool.

Very friendly hosts! A perfect place to relax! We had bad luck with the weather which was a mixture of fog, rain and thunder, but since we had an apartment with a porch, we could still spent time outside and enjoy the views on the mountains. I would love to come back to hike the mountains which we barely saw and to share some more wine with Carlo!

The perfect place with the bests hosts you can imagine!

This is an absolutely wonderful place in a great area. Perfect view on the mountains, great outdoor area and pool. Carlo and his family are the perfect hosts. So nice and obliging and always there for you if you have questions. The Pizza evening on Mondays and aperitivo evening on Thursdays are perfect examples for Italian hospitality. Great home made food with ingredients from the kitchen garden and the local area. We will definetely come back!

Coin de paradis

Nous avons tout aimé. Ce séjour fut fantastique. Un grand merci à Carlo, Sylvia et à leurs deux filles Elettra et Delfina pour tout. On se sent comme à la maison et l'accueil est exceptionnel. Et qui plus est, dans un cadre magnifique loin de l'agitation des villes, à la campagne. Le logement parfait, très bien équipé, propre et très bien agencé. Les soirées animés: concert, pizza... nous ont ravies. Ce fut un vrai bonheur. Merci pour tout 🤩

Prachtig plek in een rustige omgeving.

Zeer schone en ruime accommodatie. Heerlijke bedden en in het huis alles aanwezig wat nodig. Prachtige omgeving in de heuvels/bergen met mooi uitzicht. Fijn zwembad met tuin en zitjes. Voldoend schaduw als het heel warm wordt. De eigenaren waren erg aardig, heel makkelijk bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Toplocatie.

Fantastische Ferien in einer Traum-Location bei tollen Menschen

Extrem sauber, fantastisches Lage! Alles ist bis im kleinsten Detail durchdacht und mit viel Mühe und Liebe durch die Familie umgesetzt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Delfina und die Familie sind unglaubliche Gastgeber, die sich um uns perfekt gekümmert haben. Der Jazz-Abend war ein Highlight, das wir sehr genossen haben.

Un agriturismo incantato tra natura, accoglienza e bellezza autentica ⛰️

Abbiamo scoperto questo agriturismo per caso… ed è stata una delle più piacevoli sorprese del nostro viaggio in Toscana. Un luogo che ha saputo conquistarci dal primo istante, con la sua eleganza, la cura amorevole di ogni dettaglio e un’atmosfera magica. 🍃 La piscina è immersa in un’oasi di verde rigoglioso, incorniciata da un ampio giardino perfettamente curato e affacciata sulle bellissime Alpi Apuane. Un vero spettacolo per gli occhi! A proposito della famiglia: gli host sono stati meravigliosi, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti, con una gentilezza genuina che ti fa sentire non ospite, ma parte della loro quotidianità. Il nostro appartamento era spazioso, pulitissimo, arredato con semplicità e gusto, con una splendida zona esterna privata e ombreggiata, perfetta per godersi le giornate in tranquillità. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di partecipare a una delle serate a tema organizzate dalla struttura, la “serata pizza”, ed è stata un’esperienza calorosa, conviviale e gustosa. 🍕 La struttura è anche dog friendly, il nostro cane si è goduto lo spazio all’aperto con libertà e serenità e con un nuovo amico, Napo, il cagnolino degli host molto amichevole. È davvero un luogo dell’anima, dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per farti stare bene. Lo consigliamo di cuore, a chi cerca autenticità, silenzio, contatto con la natura e accoglienza vera. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Magnifique retour aux sources

Nous sommes venus à 11 personnes et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Être dans un endroit où rien ne peut perturber notre réunion de famille pour les 80 ans de la grand-mère. Une vue imprenable et le retour à la nature accueillante avec ses odeurs de romarin de jasmin Ballade en montagne pour les plus jeunes Et une piscine pour se rafraîchir

Ruhe und Erholung pur🥰

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub in tollem Agriturismo. Unkomplizierter check-in, super nette Gastgeber, die bei allen Fragen und Wünschen alles ermöglicht haben. Unser Appartement mit wunderschönem Blick über die apuanischen Berge. Die Ruhe und Entspannung, der große Garten mit einem tollen und angenehm temperierten Pool. Genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Bestens geschlafen in guten Betten. Im Appartement viel Ablagemöglichkeiten/ Schränke, was bei fast 2 Wochen Urlaub auch gut ist. Von der ersten Minute haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, dazu hat Carlo mit seiner Familie dazu beigetragen. Man benötigt ein Auto, kleine Läden für den täglichen Einkauf gibt es in umliegenden Dörfern. Auch kleine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Große Supermärkte 25.km entfernt. Ausflüge zur Küste oder in die Berge waren auch kein Problem und haben uns gut gefallen. Gerne sind wir abends immer zurück nach Tripala gekommen. Das wöchentliche Pizza essen ein Highlight.

Hidden Gem!

Ik heb even zitten twijfelen of ik deze review wel zou schrijven, omdat het z'n mega vette plek is, dat je eigenlijk niet wil dat hier massa toerisme ontstaat. Maar ik gun de familie, de lokale bewoners en de ondernemers in het dorp wel nog wat meer bezoekers die net zoals ons kunnen genieten van bergen, lekker eten en de gastvrijheid van het echte authentieke Italië. Het begint al bij de aankomst. Je wordt zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de familie met een drankje en een snackje om je vervolgens de accommodatie te laten zien. In ons geval was dit een geweldig appartement, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht van de tuin is fenomenaal en je mag gratis gebruik maken van het heerlijke zwembad en de voorzieningen. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen. De familie geeft je allerlei tips voor in de buurt, denk aan leuke winkeltjes, trattoria's, trein om Luca te bezoeken, mooie hike routes maar ook via Ferrata's zijn allemaal mogelijk in de buurt. Op een uurtje rijden van de zee, te midden van allerlei pittoreske bergdorpjes bevind je je in een oase van rust. De familie organiseer daarnaast ook pizza avonden, met heerlijke home made pizza's en geweldige wijnen. Wat kan ik nog meer zeggen, dit is echte en hidden gem. Ga er snel heen voordat het "te laat is" :-) Wij komen zeer zeker nog vaker terug!
