Friendly and great location for the beach. The breakfast was great a simple selection of cereal and toast which is really all you need. The cricket pitch view kept our grandson entertained too. Very quiet hotel and the owner very approachable and helpful especially with parking. We would stay here again.
Slightly dated room but it didn’t stop us having a comfortable time.

Breakfast was ideal for me, although the coffee was not good so I just had a pot of tea.
The cricket view room although dated was perfect for a visiting Yorkshire cricket supporter.
The bed could be improved, and change to a decent coffee at breakfast.

Basic but good value
Jar of sweets and tea and coffee etc nice touch
All in all was as per my expectations and adequate.
Was all ok . Decor a bit rough and dated. But you get what yohnpay for and I'm not too fussy so was fine for me.
Sink in bedroom but
Toilet and shower on different floors so unusual but I wasn't expected anything 5 star so okay for me.
Hand-wash but no complimentary toiletries so good job I took my own.

"That attracts some well known acts (The Script & UB40 while we were there. Friendly staff, comfy beds, close to the North bay and peasholme park, also the open air theatry ... no complaints."
