About this house rental
This two-stored beach house was built in 2011 and is a part of a large private complex of semi-detached houses at Gavriadia beach, only 3 km from Ierissos town. It's architectural style is a modern typical beach house of Halkidiki. There is an electronic bar that gives access only to residents and leads to the parking place, only 15 metres from the house. It's a new summer residential area with an amazing crystal water beach at only 200 meters away.
Our summer house consists of two bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with queen size bed and the other one with two single beds and a futon, as well as a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a spacious, ethic decorated, luminous living room with an attached fully equipped kitchen, and a WC. There are two balconies, a large outdoor shaded terraced area and lots of garden space that may used as playground.
The area is 3km from Lerissos town, that offers lots of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops, large supermarkets (Masoutis & Lidl), ATMs, pharmacy etc.
There is bus connection between Ierissos and Thessaloniki, the closest large city with international airport.
