About this villa rental
Villa with a plot of 600 m total, surrounded by pine trees, very shady, sunny private pool. It is located in a residential area of Mazagón very quiet.
ONLY WIFI IN JULY AND AUGUST.
TOWELS AND SHEETS INCLUDED FROM MINIMUM STAYS OF THREE NIGHTS.
It can accommodate a total of 12 people that can be divided into 4 rooms that have large windows equipped with mosquito nets.
It has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower and the other also a bathtub and bidet.
The living room has a fireplace, with 2 sofas and a dining area.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for 12 people, oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, 5-drawer freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils.
The house is accessed through a large hall. In addition, it has a large terrace porch in the front. The porch has furniture.
In addition to the porch, it has a rear terrace, next to the private pool. The terrace has a large dining table next to the pool, which is located within the plot and measures 7 meters long and 5.5 meters wide. It will be available safely from May 1.
The plot has space to park 3 vehicles and a lawn area for barbecue, also available in the house, along with sun loungers and garden chairs for 12 people.

The house is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen for self cooking. The owners are very friendly. The pool is beautiful. The only downside is the small bedrooms, especially the one with a bunk bed. The top bed doesn't have a safety feature, so no one wanted to sleep there. Eight people can sleep comfortably. Thanks, Ana and Manuel. It was a wonderful vacation.

La casa genial, limpia, amplia. Las camas muy bien, descansamos estupendamente. Menaje de cocina con todo tipo de utensilios. Excelente la batidora.
La piscina en perfecto estado nos ha dado mucho juego.
La zona estupenda, las playas muchas y muy buenas.
Y Ana muy servicial y atenta en todo lo que necesitamos. Repetiremos sin duda.

En la valoración de nuestra estancia intentaré comentar los puntos que creo pueden ayudar a quienes se estén planteando alquilar esta vivienda:
-Zona y calle muy tranquila. El comercio más cercano para comprar pan y algunas cosas básicas está a unos 10 minutos andando.
-El acceso a la playa más cercana está a unos 10 minutos andando (primero cuesta arriba y luego cuesta abajo). Si se va cargado con sillas, sombrillas, nevera y demás, conviene acercarse en coche para descargar junto al acceso. No hay problema para aparcar en la calle al lado del acceso. Este consiste en una escalera de madera bastante larga; es decir, poco accesible para sillitas o carritos de niño.
-Sorpresa inicial e importante no anunciada en la web: cartel en los baños rogando que se eche el papel higiénico a la papelera existente y no al inodoro, al ser una fosa séptica. Esto puede ser importante o no, pero es necesario saberlo con antelación.
-Huéspedes: Estuvimos 7, podíamos haber entrado bien 8. Más personas lo veo difícil.
-Piscina: Muy bien. Limpia, cuidada, incluso durante la estancia.
-Jardín y porche: Muy bien.
-Patio con mesa (entre cocina y piscina): Muy bien.
-Aire acondicionado: Las máquinas son portátiles (las conocidas como “pingüinos”), no de instalación. Son ruidosas como para dormir con ellas por la noche.
-Baños: Bien con gel, champú y papel higiénico. Toallas abundantes y en buen estado.
-Cocina: Amplia y bien equipada, con electrodomesticos en buen estado y bien surtida de menaje.
La propietaria estuvo atenta y solucionó los problemas que surgieron con rapidez.
