About this villa rental
Villa with a plot of 600 m total, surrounded by pine trees, very shady, sunny private pool. It is located in a residential area of Mazagón very quiet.
ONLY WIFI IN JULY AND AUGUST.
TOWELS AND SHEETS INCLUDED FROM MINIMUM STAYS OF THREE NIGHTS.
It can accommodate a total of 12 people that can be divided into 4 rooms that have large windows equipped with mosquito nets.
It has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower and the other also a bathtub and bidet.
The living room has a fireplace, with 2 sofas and a dining area.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for 12 people, oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, 5-drawer freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils.
The house is accessed through a large hall. In addition, it has a large terrace porch in the front. The porch has furniture.
In addition to the porch, it has a rear terrace, next to the private pool. The terrace has a large dining table next to the pool, which is located within the plot and measures 7 meters long and 5.5 meters wide. It will be available safely from May 1.
The plot has space to park 3 vehicles and a lawn area for barbecue, also available in the house, along with sun loungers and garden chairs for 12 people.

The house is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen for self cooking. The owners are very friendly. The pool is beautiful. The only downside is the small bedrooms, especially the one with a bunk bed. The top bed doesn't have a safety feature, so no one wanted to sleep there. Eight people can sleep comfortably. Thanks, Ana and Manuel. It was a wonderful vacation.

Property was very clean and had all the necessary things required. I must say it is safe, nice and quiet place. There is a lovely pool in the house and honestly kids wanted to stay in the pool all the time. Beach is about 10 minutes slow walk from the house. It is calm and quiet beach not congested at all. Centre of this town is about 20 minutes walk from the house and lots of eating places are around. We had a really nice experience. Owner of the property is a nice person and tried to provide us with maximum information about the property and area on our arrival.
