Bibikhanum Hotel

The location of this hotel is incomparable, immediately next to the Bibikhanum complex with photogenic views from all around the hotel and especially from the breadkfast room. This was an excellent location to be based at for exploration of Samarkand, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby The room was very large with colourful design. The temperature control was good. Staff were on hand at all times. Nice breakfast buffet

The room was directly behind the reception desk, and the view from the window, when I would have preferred to have a room which was on the courtyard. But it was not too noisy, and it was worth staying at the hotel all the same. The fridge was positioned under the desk in such a way that the desk could only be used if the fridge were moved out of the way.

The best location. Really good breakfast

There were ants all over the bathroom in our room

Everything. Perfect location. Breakfast setting is stunning. The staff were so helpful and let us leave our bags outside check in and out. Cannot fault it!

Nothing

The views and location was really nice!

Got two rooms, one room was fine, the second room had really bad working AC. Came to front to tell him and asked to switch rooms just got ignored. And was told that all the AC units are new and walked away.
