Fun stay in lovely apartment at very beautiful alpine village

Excellent location, close to everything in beautiful alpine village. Helpful/nice property managers. Clean, lovely apartment with private parking spot. The hikes, wildflowers, and mountains were breathtaking.

Fantastisch appartement, van harte aanraden

Ruime appartementen op een top locatie in Brand. Alles was op wandelafstand (après-ski, restaurants, kleine supermarkt, skilift, skibus, babypisten), en daarom zeer geschikt voor kinderen. Ook de aanwezigheid van babybedjes en 1 babystoel was goed geregeld. Goed uitgeruste keuken (dolce gusto koffie, waterkoker aanwezig), ruime woon/eetkamer, eenvoudig gemeubileerd, comfortabele bedden, carport voor de auto, nabijheid openbare laadpalen... Tot slot een zeer lage prijs (maart 2026), waardoor we niets anders dan zeer tevreden konden zijn.

- Schimmel op het plafond badkamer (moet écht behandeld worden) - skigebied is (te) klein voor ervaren wintersporters. - skiraum was er niet, alleen outdoor lockers in de regen. (Dus ook geen schoenverwarming!) - ongewenste phising van mensen die zich voordeden als verhuurder van het appartement. Gemeld bij Booking, ook bekend bij verhuurder. Let dus goed op!!

Super locatie!

Bij het binnenkomen van het appartement stond er voor iedereen een drankje én iets lekkers klaar, samen met een bloemetje en een welkomstkaartje. Zeer attent! De ligging van het appartement is echt perfect. Midden in Brandnertal en op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen; supermarkt, restaurants, zwembad en de lift waarmee je ook met de fiets omhoog kunt. Net van de hoofdstraat af, maar vanaf het balkon wel te zien en dus toch dicht genoeg bij de gezellige reuring. Met de gratis gastenkast konden we gratis gebruikmaken van de skiliften en het openbaar vervoer dat ons naar de wat verdere liften bracht.

Ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub!!

Die Lage war einfach super. Die Talstation der Bergbahn nur etwa 200m entfernt, Bäcker und Lebensmittelmarkt um die Ecke. Durch die Nutzung der zur Verfügung gestellten Gästekarte konnte man das Auto während des gesamten Urlaubs einfach im Carport stehen lassen!

Ten obiek ma wspaniałą lokalizację I wszystkie udogodnienia .Czysto schludnie i widok na gòry ktòre otaczają Brand. Spędzielismy tu wspaniały czas pomimo niezbyt udanej pogody. Właściciel dostępny w razie każdych pytań. Godne polecenia miejsce🤩

Na pewno przydała by się może pralka ale bez nie też można sobie świetnie poradzić!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement lag im Dorfzentrum. In der Nähe gab es einen Supermarkt, etliche Restaurants, das Alvierbad, einige Geschäfte und die Dorfbahn. Dennoch war es angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben zum Essen oft die Terrasse genutzt. Es gibt schöne Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Es gab Probleme mit der Spülmaschine. Da wir den Vermieter bei der Abreise darüber informiert haben, dürfte das inzwischen in Ordnung sein.
