Consisting of large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, double bedroom, anteroom with bunk bed and bathroom; surrounded by a spacious private garden equipped with barbecue and oven. The house is not located in SanVito Chietino as the HomeAway website shows but 4-5 km from there, in Bardella 6 just outside Sant Apollinaire. The property is located near the highway so there is always a noise from there. Otherwise, the situation is very good and the house is in good condition. It is 3km to the beach. Antonello is always accommodating and helpful
