About this villa rental
The location of the house is perfect for those who love to live in contact with nature and want to combine the vibrant and bustling life of the beaches with the silence and the fresh campaign.
The house is situated in the residential area of San Vito Chietino, next to the bike path; it is accessed by a short private road, so you can park wherever you want, even within the fenced area.
On the ground floor there is a large living area, a large bathroom and a kitchen complete with appliances. The beautiful covered porch and a large green area allow to have lunch and dinner outside and enjoy at any time of day, the colors and scents of the countryside and the birds singing.
On the first floor, which is accessed with 15 comfortable staircases, there are a bathroom and two bright rooms, one double and one twin, both of which face a large porch with beautiful views of vineyards and olive trees.
In a few minutes (10 minutes walk) you reach the center of San Vito, with its shops, excellent pastry and a popular and beautiful panoramic terrace (the Hill).
The beaches (sand or stones; free or equipped) of San Vito Marina or the beautiful coves that characterize the Trabocchi Coast, just 2 km away. A 3 km you will find a shopping center and the exit of the A14 (S. Vito Lanciano). The proximity of the highway to reach, in about 30 minutes Vasto, Chieti and Pescara, or reach, in just one hour travel, the mountain resorts.
Very interesting and varied visiting the nearby villages (within 15 minutes), as Lanciano (with monuments of the Roman and medieval city of the Eucharistic Miracle), Ortona (with His Castle and a nice scenic walk) and Fossacesia, with beautiful Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere.

Spacious house with a large garden and beautiful view. Very quiet surroundings, easy access by car. Friendly host. One minor point: Wifi is not possible and internet access is very poor.

Lovely traditional rustic country house.
Very private with its own garden and private road.
Ideally situated in countryside yet 10 minutes walk away from shops for convenience.
Graziella was the perfect host and and responded very quickly to any queries that I had.

Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio, casa molto bella , spaziosa, in zona molto tranquilla e isolata ma comoda a tutto. Organizzata perfettamente, non mancava nulla. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di ammirare la piccola volpe che abita in zona, che emozione!
